Daniel Pink at Ted - What Really Motivates

While Pink talks about business and employees, I think we should listen and where he says "business," think "synagogue, day school, agency, Jewish educational innovation, etc" and when he says "employee" think "laity, leadership, membership, unaffilaited, etc."
