Hi all - I have been asked to conduct a survey with the parents of our Religious school students in grades K-6, about their level of satisfaction, improvements they would suggest, etc.  Does anyone have one or can you suggest one, maybe already on line?  I'd like to have the parents be able to fill it in on line.  We have only 65 families. Do you think we should just call them? or send it email? …
