Hi I'm new to the group. What a treat it was to read your earlier posts and see the energy that was created between the initial group members and those who joined the conversation along the way.

I'm not an artist but I'm currently exploring the trends we're seeing Jewish enrichment programs for families with young children (namely between birth and 5 years). Many of these programs are starting to be offered outside of traditional spaces (synagogues and JCCs) like parks, museums, homes, and local businesses and incorporate creative elements like yoga, music, theater, Sign Language, puppetry.

To foster conversations between these entrepreneurs and explore new ways to share resources and reach more families in the NYC area I'm hosting a schmooze in late August. I know many of you live outside of this area but perhaps you know veteran or new artists/educators who might be interested in this conversation. If you do, please forward my contact information or share theirs with me and I'll reach out and invite them. In return I promise to loop everyone in and share the wealth of our conversations and insights back with this network.

Best,
Shariee

Hi Shariee,

Welcome to the group! Would love to hear more about your work.

Andrea

Great Andrea. Today and tomorrow I'm at the Early Childhood Jewish Farm and Outdoor Classroom conference at Kayam Farm. What a treat to be here. I'll be better able to chat and talk about my work and hopefully yours when I return on Wednesday.

Best,
Shariee
